175 off 80 balls
15 fours + 15 sixes-equal fours , equal sixes, equal destruction.
Suryavanshi = Born from the Sun dynasty
Today he batted like one!
Blazing. Blinding. Unstoppable.
England bowlers tried everything.
But you can’t stop the SUN.

Suryavanshi forged a strong 142-run partnership for the second wicket with captain Ayush Mhatre (53), and then added 89 runs with Vedant Trivedi. His century off 55 balls was the second fastest in an U19 World Cup final.
England struggled in the chase and were bowled out for 311. India won the match by 100 runs and claimed a record sixth U19 World Cup title (most wins). This is also the largest margin of victory in an U19 World Cup final!
Suryavanshi finished as the tournament’s top scorer with a total of 439 runs. Following his 35-ball century in the IPL (101 off 38), this is now the highest score in an U19 World Cup final – surpassing Unmukt Chand’s 111*.
Suryavanshi Has Adapted to the Situation
This is nothing new for Suryavanshi. He made his debut for Rajasthan Royals at the age of 14 and hit a six off his very first ball. Later, against Gujarat Titans, he smashed a century in just 35 balls (101 runs off 38 balls, including 7 fours and 11 sixes). This is the second fastest century in IPL history (after Chris Gayle’s 30-ball century) and the fastest by an Indian batsman.
